Antique pocket watch, sits inside protective case; British sterling silver hallmarks date it to 1896; No maker mark observed; Inscription on clock mechanism reads "Donaldson Scotland No. 7"; Outer case has a Latin inscription on both sides, "A me monere mortem studere, Tempus fatur tantum datur”; Measures approximately H 2 1/4  x W 2 inches in case; Silver is tarnished, working condition unknown, no key, wear commensurate with age.
